IT that keeps pace with the work.

SynchTech helps organizations whose technology has drifted from the business. We plan, build, and steady the systems people rely on — then leave them documented and runnable.

Advisory, delivery, and ongoing support.

Fixed scope when the work has an end.

A retained team when it does not.

Services

Practical IT work, scoped in plain language.

We stay with one problem long enough to finish it. Most engagements sit in one of these areas, and many cross two.

  1. 01

    IT strategy

Roadmaps, architecture reviews, and vendor decisions. Useful when a rebuild, a migration, or a hire is on the table and the tradeoffs are still muddy.

  2. 02

    Cloud and infrastructure

Landing zones, migrations, networking, and cost control on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. We design for the team that will operate it, not only for the launch week.

  3. 03

    Security

Assessments, identity, hardening, backup, and incident readiness. The goal is fewer surprises and a written picture of what is actually protected.

  4. 04

    Systems integration

Connecting the tools the business already pays for — CRM, finance, operations, and custom software — so data moves without a person retyping it.

  5. 05

    Workplace technology

Identity, devices, email, and collaboration. We tidy the stack employees touch every day and write the support model around it.

  6. 06

    Ongoing operations

Monitoring, runbooks, patching, and a named person to call. For teams that need senior coverage without opening another full-time role.

Approach

Four steps. No platform theatre.

  1. 01

    Frame the problem

We interview the people who feel the pain and read the systems as they are. The output is a short brief: what is broken, what is fine, and what is out of scope.

  2. 02

    Choose a path

You get options with tradeoffs — cost, risk, and time — and a recommendation. Buying nothing is an acceptable outcome.

  3. 03

    Do the work

We implement, or we guide your team while they do. Progress is visible weekly. Scope changes are written down before they start.

  4. 04

    Leave it runnable

Documentation, access, and a walkthrough for the people who will own it. Optional retainer if you want us on call afterward.

Engagements

Start with the shape of the work.

Teams usually call when a decision is stuck, a system is fragile, or senior help is needed without a full-time hire.

  • Discovery sprint

A focused review of one system or one decision. You leave with a written recommendation and a sequence of next steps.

  • Delivery project

A defined build, migration, integration, or remediation with a scope, a timeline, and a handover.

  • Retained support

A monthly block of advisory and engineering. Priority goes to the work we already know, plus the incidents that show up.
